What is the return policy?

All orders are covered by our 3 year manufacturer faulty warranty and all orders have a 30 day return policy in place for if you change your mind.

How do I open a return request?


Navigate to the orders page via my account page and next to the order you wish to open a return request find and click the button that says “Request Return”


Select the item you wish to return and click “Request Return”


Select the reason for the return from the dropdown and then click “Submit”

How do I find my free DHL return label?

Navigate to the orders page via my account and click on “View Return Status” found next to the order with the return request assigned.

In the Existing Requests section click on the “Download return label”, within the pdf will be the return label with instructions for return.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Shipment times on the free DHL return label are 1-5 business days and can be tracked via the DHL tracking number assigned to your return request. Once we receive your return it can take up to 24-48 hours before the refund is initiated on your return. Depending on your bank it can take a couple of days for your refund to show in your account on the payment card you used to create the order.
