Costs & Times


All shipments to the UK are free. Costs of shipments to other locations will be calculated on the dimensional weight of the item and the shipping zone.

Most shipments cost between £10-£20 depending on the location.


All shipments are dispatched with DHL Express 1-3 Business Days. The dispatch of every order will be within 24 business hours from the time of payment.

How do I track my order?

Your order can be tracked on your order page, this can be found in your “My Account”, under the “Orders” tab and click “View” next to the order you wish to track.

Once you have clicked “View”, scroll down the order page and locate the “Tracking Information” subheading and click on the “Track” button next to the tracking information. You will be redirected to the DHL website tracking page where you will be able to see a detailed view of the shipping process.

Where is my shipment?

Please check your DHL tracking via the tracking information assigned to your order. In most cases a delay on your shipment will be explained on the detailed shipping view. The main reason your shipment may not have been delivered yet is due to DHL placing your shipment on hold.

This will occur for two reasons, the first will be that DHL require additional address information and the second will be that they have attempted delivery three times in a row, on the third attempt DHL will place your shipment on hold and will try to contact you. To resolve any of these issues please contact DHL and reference your tracking number, once you have provided the additional address information or provided a suitable date for the DHL driver to reattempt delivery, they’ll be able to complete your shipment. Below is an example of what your tracking information will look like when a hold has been placed on your shipment.

How do I change my delivery preferences?

Once your order has been shipped, DHL will email you and/or text you on the details you have provided on your order. This information will provide access to the DHL On Demand Delivery and from here you will be able to provide additional delivery instructions and manage what day you wish for DHL to deliver your shipment.

You can alternatively contact DHL via phone and reference your tracking number, from here you will be able to speak to one of their helpful shipping representatives who will be able to accommodate any request you may have.
